If you wish to book accommodation separately without purchasing one of our complete Christmas holiday packages, a UGX 20,000 consultation fee will apply.

This fee covers the time and personalised research required to check availability at your preferred hotel and identify suitable alternatives if your first choice is unavailable. We can also explore other hotel options, adjust your travel dates where possible, and consider different accommodation preferences while comparing options to find competitive rates and a stay that suits your needs.

Good news! If you choose one of our complete Christmas holiday packages, no separate hotel consultation fee is charged, as accommodation research is already included in our package-planning service.
